Fiber Connections 2024

is a Missouri Fiber Artists (MoFA) members’ only juried exhibit, exploring fiber forms and materials. If you are not a current member, join MOFA to participate. MOFA members sign in to members area to access the call and entry forms.
Lynette Watts and Bartow Molloy will be our jurors and our speakers at the opening.

Entry Deadline: May 27, 2024

Notifications Emailed: July 8, 2024

Delivery of accepted works: July 22 – 26, 2024 during library hours

Exhibit Dates: August 2 – October 18, 2024

Reception: August 2, 6-8 PM

Juror Talk: At the reception 7:00 PM


Jurors/Speakers for the Exhibit:

Lynette Watts, a native of the Arkansas Delta, completed her degree in studio art at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. After a career in the non-profit sector, she has returned to creating art full time at her studio in Herman, MO. Her focus is mixed media sculptures and shrines. Fiber is among her materials. An Honorable mention was awarded to her at the Delta Exhibition at the Arkansas Arts Center, known as the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. 

Bartow Molloy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, attended Colorado State University where she majored in art. Currently residing in Hermann, Missouri, she is a glass-on-glass mosaic artist, having sold over one hundred mosaics over the past seven years. She won first place at the Mosaic Art Fair in 2017.
