ROW, ROW, ROW is an installation of 781 paper rowboats hung in columns from the ceiling by MoFA artist Leandra Spangler. Constructed from layers of paper, each boat is unique and individually named. It is a work in progress. Begun in 2014, it was first exhibited as a group of 64 boats in a row of nine columns. In 2015, 247 boats were in large gallery windows, and again later in 2015, nearly 400 boats were hung en masse.
Exhibition dates: June 8 – 21, 2018.
